  15.      _t_s_i_t_e_s_t is an interactive program for the testing of the TSI
  16.      access control list (ACL) used by the _f_a_x_g_e_t_t_y(1M) server
  17.      processes to screen incoming facsimile.  The _A_C_L_f_i_l_e
  18.      specified on the command line is expected to contain TSI
  19.      control expressions as described in _t_s_i(4F).  Strings typed
  20.      at the prompt are then checked against the list and _t_s_i_t_e_s_t
  21.      prints out whether or not the string is an acceptable TSI.

  23.      Note that _t_s_i_t_e_s_t reads the control list file only when it
  24.      is initially started up.  This means that _t_s_i_t_e_s_t must be
  25.      restarted for it to recognize changes to _A_C_L_f_i_l_e.
